*Please give 1-3 additional business days for the special products processing.

*Transportation time may vary during busy periods.

We will notify you by email if your order is not shipped within three working days,

It may include the following reasons:

•       International freight is in a busy period

•       Some of the items in the order are out of stock, we are in the process of replenishing

•       There is a problem in the payment that affects the normal process of the order

•       Courier unable to collect because of the inaccurate mailing address
